Terms and Conditions of Harmonize Your Health LLC

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our services, you (“Client”) agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
2. Description of Services
Harmonize Your Health LLC provides health consultations, coaching, and educational content focused on general health and wellness. Our services do not constitute medical diagnosis, treatment, or the practice of medicine. The scope and extent of our services are limited to those stated explicitly in our offerings and in written communication with you. Harmonize Your Health LLC reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service offerings at any time.
3. SMS Terms
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP". Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency may vary. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

4. Eligibility and Client Responsibility
Clients must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as required for service provision. You are responsible for any consequences arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided.
5. Payment Terms
Clients agree to pay all fees associated with the services provided. Payments are due in full prior to service provision unless otherwise specified. All sales are final, and refunds will only be provided in compliance with our Refund Policy.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Harmonize Your Health LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including any issues beyond our control.
7. No Guarantees/Warranties Disclaimer
Our services are provided on an “as is” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes or results from the use of our services.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Harmonize Your Health LLC and its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) resulting from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
